Business Has Returned, But Where Is My Team ?
As we all know, we are in un-precedented times with regard to finding both Skilled and Un-Skilled labor. The combination of Federal and State unemployment payments and Stimulus checks only complicate the matter further. Demand for our valued services has never been greater as clients both old and new scramble for help.
The good news is that business is opening up across the board and we want to help you maximize that opportunity. As a company, Action is meeting the challenge by adding more recruitment staff, more locations, more marketing and more technology. We are clearly investing in our mutual future together for the duration.
Action Staffing Acts Fast to Keep Essential Services Employed
Action Staffing is a staffing business that caters specifically to the light industrial industry. This industry consists of warehousing and the delivery of goods, which have daily demand for laborers and drivers to serve in client facilities.
What differentiates Action from its competitors is the willingness and capability to take on the more difficult and skilled job orders. Most companies opt not to take these work orders on because of the time, money and resources involved in fulfillment. Action, however, has built its reputation on flexibility and a profound dedication to going above and beyond. What the company has found is that once they start taking on the tougher jobs for a client, other business flows, so this approach has been an excellent door opener for new opportunities.
